Access Control System

           Access Control System is the most modern tool to efficient human resources management in the company. Administrator or the owner defines employees’ rights to access certain rooms, time they can spend there and their work time. Access Control System is multitask tool to monitor all people appearing in the company. It includes different technical solutions to allow people entitled to free access to move around the company and at the same time to restrict this access for unauthorized people. It works on the basis of proximity detector (for cards or key chains etc) with encoded unique serial number. It detects the device decodes its number and identifies the owner of the device. Such system can also be equipped with video registration and connected to Work Time and Attendance System.

-chip card readers.

Controllers - they transfer data between the reader and software. They have the memory of all necessary information required for readers operations. Thanks to such solution the entry is secured even if there is no network connection between the server and the controller. They can also work with recording cameras. Additionally they can be equipped with backup power system what allows for opening the door and recording people going through in case of power failure.

Software - software for Access Control System is database including information concerning people, their cards and access rights. Work Time and Attendance System software is more complex. It completes Access Control application and allows to define work plans, creating attendance lists, work cards, automated work time assessment.
